Summer BBQ

• Place: HEI cafe on the terrace
• Time: Thursday 15th of June. Officially from 18h (we have history from 14h-16h) until midnight.
• Event: Summer BBQ.
• To bring: People can bring meat and other things to cook on bbqs that we will provide. It would be wonderful if people could also bring things like salads or desserts that they can share with each other. Bring blankets and paper plates and knifes and forks, as you would for any picnic. – If you intend to bring salad or dessert, please leave a little note as "comment" for coordination.
• It would be wonderful if people brought music compilations (I recomand NOT original CDs, as you might never get them back!). Bring cameras too so we can remember the night.
• We will provide: a bar with very cheap beer and non-alcoholic drinks. We might also have wine, but we won't be selling any strong alcohol.

HELP NEEDED:

• Clean up crew, as we will have to leave the park in perfect order when we leave if we want to have any more parties. The event shouldn't finish too late, so it won't be that hard to stay around to help. If people are interested in giving a hand, please contact me from this email address.
• We also need people to work at the bar, at the grills and to help us do groceries on Thursday morning. If someone has a car, it would be even better!
• Stereo & BBQ: We are looking for a stereo and a BBQ if any one has one we could use.
